Before working with Archbold Logistics we were having acute storage capacity problems. Since working together we have implemented a stand trailer loading process, enabling us to grow the production capacity to meet market demand. Archbold has been incredibly supportive in providing the trailer capacity at short notice to enable growth and continuity.
A few weeks ago, our biggest customer had a spike in orders which nobody predicted. We received a request on a Friday afternoon for 2 full loads to be delivered the following Saturday morning. Archbold helped us by securing transport at short notice ensuring our customer was serviced on time in full which was a fantastic achievement by all involved.
Archbold have also been very supportive in offering fast response times to storage and shunting challenges, offering a friendly, professional support service where nothing ever seems too much trouble. The relationship between Puffin and Archbold is seamless in its approach, with both companies having the same “can do” attitude towards solving any logistical and storage problems, and you feel like you are working with your own internal team rather than your logistics and storage supplier. They really care about their service, and we have never once felt like Archbold can’t get a job done!!
